Problem: How to hide Windows 7 Taskbar when not in use?
Solution:
In Windows 7 operating system, the Taskbar size is too large than previous versions of Windows. Sometimes you wish to hide it when not in use, to provide more space for running applications.
Steps to perform this task:
Step1. Right-click an empty area of the Taskbar and choose “Properties”.
Step2. The “Taskbar and Start Menu Properties” dialog box appears. Make sure the “Taskbar” tab is selected. Then underneath “Taskbar appearance”, check “Auto-hide the Taskbar“.
Step3. Click “OK”
Note: When Taskbar gets hidden, you can switch windows by pressing Ctrl + Tab, or Win + Tab on you keyboard..
