Jump Lists in Microsoft Windows 7 operating system are specially designed to make it easier for you to perform common operations associated with an application. Jump Lists appear on the Start menu as well as on the Task bar when you right-click on an icon. If it is not working you can try these steps: First of all “right-click” on the task bar and select “Properties”. In the “Task bar and Start Menu properties” go to dialog box and then, switch to Start Menu tab. Deselect the option named “Store and display recently opened items in the Start menu and the task bar” to disable Jump Lists feature. After this, click on the “Apply” button to save the changes. Now do it again, after logging off and on again (or a restart) and re-enable the item.
