IIS Module for Windows Powershell: You can easily perform administrative task, manage IIs configuration and run-time data with Windows PowerShell snap. Additionally, you can also manage Web sites, Web aplication, and Web servers with a collection of task-oriented cmdlets.

Configuration logging and tracing: This feature allows you to audit access to the IIS configuration and failed modifications can be successfully tracked by enabling any new logs that become available in the Event Viewer.

Application hosting enhancements: It is a very flexible platform for many types of Web applications as it increase security and improve  diagnostics.

Service hardening: Now every IIS 7.5 application pool  run each application as a unique identity.

Hostable Web Core: Core IIS Web engine can be consumed by other applications. This allows IIS components service HTTP requests directly in an application. For debugging applications this feature is highly useful.

Failed Request Tracing for Fast CGI: The Fast CGI module can be implemented to trace calls with in the application and can troubleshoot the application errors.
