Customize the content of a gadget in Windows 7

We all know that Windows 7 has brought along some pretty cool gadgets with it. Sometimes, the gadgets that have been added by you to the desktop require customization. You might want to resize them, move them or do other desired changes. For example, the clock gadget in windows 7 can be customized by you by selecting a new clock design and a time zone other than your own. You also need to modify the Feed Headline gadget so that it can exhibit the news headline for a specific RSS feed which is subscribed by you.
To modify the content of a gadget, place the mouse pointer in the upper right corner of the gadget and then click the icon that appears beneath the X. There is also another way to customize the content, you can right-click the icon and then choose options from the shortcut menu. Dialog box specific to the gadget would open up that allows you to customize its display.
Changing the opacity of a gadget
In order to customize the information that appears in a gadget, the opacity of a gadget can be modified by you. Any gadget that has been added by you to Windows 7 desktop is automatically exhibited at 100 percent opacity. However, if you want to make it lighten so that you can see through, it can be done by changing the gadget opacity. To customize the opacity of a gadget, right-click the gadget and then highlight the opacity item on its shortcut menu. Submenu would be displayed by windows where you can select the new opacity percentage items you want to use.
